After the Esports Gam was officially eliminated from Worlds 2024, the VCS area seemed to have ended the season and most of the audience currently only watched the Worlds this year with the mind to support the remaining teams. Of course, during the break between the rounds, the Vietnamese League of Legends community also has remarkable topics to talk, when 2025 promises to be extremely volatile. The topic that is very interested now is the teams who will represent VCS to attend LCP 2025 – the tournament for the APAC area after VCS also merged.

Recently, there have been some information that Team Whales will be the next team with the capacity to attend the APAC 2025. However, similar to the previous Team Secret, on the official fanpage of the “whale”, there is no confirmation information. In addition, both Gam or Vikings Esports – VCS runner -up last year did not have any movement. Therefore, the future of the top teams VCS is still a question mark.

Only grams can be firm, the remaining teams of VCS are still mysterious

In terms of all the criteria that Riot mentioned, only grams are fully responded, including: competition achievements, financial conditions of the team and the tradition of that team. Therefore, if there is no mutations that occur this year and next year, GAM will be the first (and perhaps unique) at the present will have the capacity to attend LCP 2025.

And except for GAM, the remaining top teams in the Top 4 (Vke, TS, TW) have inappropriate, objective and subjective elements. The first is VKE – Runner -up VCS 2024. Finally, TS – the only team in the top 4 of the summer can compete with the traditional grams. Dr. is also the only League of Legends team in Vietnam that the 100% pure owner is foreigners. And TS is a large corporation in Esports village, so the financial problem of the team is also guaranteed.

However, the achievement of “hidden secretism” made many people wonder. Among the oldest teams still playing at VCS, only TS has not had any noticeable achievements. And they have not had any outwards in international tournaments. If the Lowkey Esports period is included, it is similar, just add one more time to attend the 2019 Worlds and have to stop early in the boot round.
