Also in the aforementioned period, it is impossible not to mention one of the historical events that created a turning point for the AOE community, which is the AOE Vietnam – China, Central – Vietnamese tournaments. Opening was the AOE – Vietnam tournament in Guangzhou in October 2011 when the AOE Vietnam delegation first went abroad to compete with the leading gamers of AOE China. Following the AOE Vietnam – China Gametv Lenovo Cup tournament in December 2011 with the participation of “The Genuine Genuine from China” to Vietnam to play. The success of the 2011 tournaments has created a premise for the AOE community of Vietnam and China to exchange and organize more tournaments later.
Especially in 2024, the AoE Vietnam – China award organized by Thien Khoi Esports (Thien Khoi Group) also recorded the most spectacular tournament record with the total value of the prize and image copyright of more than 1 billion VND.
