It is Pokémon GO – a game that is quite familiar to not only international gamers but also for Vietnam. This is a virtual interactive game developed by Niantic and The Pokémon Company released for iOS and Android devices of the Pokémon game series. The game was released globally in July 2016, then quickly won the Best Mobile Game Award of the same year.
After nearly a decade of exciting activity, Pokémon Go is still attracting and maintaining a strong fan base. But recently, unknown for what reason Pokémon GO suddenly banned a series of accounts for unknown reasons, causing the gaming community to feel extremely urgent and booing.
The mobile game community only knows helpless?
According to what records, there are many accounts that are banned for 7 days, but there are also individuals banned by up to 30 days without knowing what they have done wrong. Pokémon GO gamers of course cannot just sit still. They contacted NPH Niantic but seemed to be only BOT responded.

In feedback mail, Niantic thinks that the banned accounts are due to violations of the player's terms of service or principles. This violation is because gamers have illegally accessed Niantic's services by non -approved methods. However, according to the response, many gamers did not even try to do anything. The reason that Niantic offered was very vague, almost did not solve the wave of indignation but just as “adding oil to the fire”.
